The guy is, was, and always will be massive.
A also love how his wife is a beast too.
He seems to enjoy being who he is…which most of the people in this country can’t say the same for judging by the massive use of antidepressants.
I only wonder how he gets paid enough to keep going at it like he is. Simply being super huge doesn’t exactly make you rich in and of itself.
He has a huge fanbase all over Europe (and even in NY etc).
Just loves doing what he does… And with his genetics, he most likely doesn’t need nearly as much gear as people always think…
Also, he has a very supportive wife who is a bodybuilder herself… Much easier to keep going when most people are “on your side”, especially those who are most dear to you…
He’s also good friends with many other German Pro’s and top bodybuilders.
With his rather unaesthetic physique, why would he have kept at it all these years if not for the support he was getting from others? He used to be a crowd favorite at the O whenever he competed in it, too…
I suppose being huge doesn’t bug him nearly as much as many expect. He may be out of breath a lot (I’ve only seen him train in person, and everyone should be out of breath when training lol) or so (if even… He had some nasal issues and surgery, that may be one reason why he occasionally sounds a little odd when breathing), but he never struck me as physically drained/sick or mentally unstable or anything (compared to wheeler, kovacs etc).

Honestly, I wish I had half the support he has from friends and family. As it is, I have to avoid even talking about it to most people unless I want to be hit with tons of half truths and false media driven info.
If I hear one more time from obese people that “all of that red meat will kill me”, somebody is getting a 1lb t-bone shoved down their neck.
On second thought…I need that steak. I’ll just save the bone for that.
