Woke at 255.5 lbs, looking much the same.
Extra workout
Two rounds
25 pull aparts
12/side kb bottoms up press
5 pullups
25 air squats
25 reverse hypers
25 crunches
Took very little rest between any of these except a little before pullups. Probably took at most 15 minutes.
Pullups weren’t super smooth today, grip on my left hand kept slipping.
Woke at 256.8 lbs, looking similar to the usual.
This is starting to fuck with my head. I haven’t changed what I’m eating or how I measure it. Yes, I’m still eyeballing but it seems unlikely that I suddenly started underestimating portions.
Only thing I can think of is that I’m still sick and that’s causing me to hold water. That is something I do, and I definitely haven’t felt that great this week despite thinking last week’s bug was kicked.
Haven’t been sleeping particularly well either.
So I guess it could be those two combined.
At least it seems like I’m holding between 255 and 257 and not moving up.
I hope this is true for you but it’s always a huge problem for me. I start estimating and then I measure one day and find out I suck at eyeballing.
Weight changes aren’t linear. You’re doing well doing all the things involved in the process right so over time you’ll get there.
I should have phrased it differently: it seems unlikely my eyeballing became less accurate overnight. I have no idea if I have been over or underestimating anything, but I am pretty sure my estimates have been consistent.
Maybe you’ve just hit maintenance at that BW.
If you’re eating about 500 cal under from start, then at some point you’ll stall.
That’s how I understand it, or you know your body and knows whats going on.
I think you could be onto something there @mortdk
That’d why I dropped down to 3000 cal/day a few days ago. We’ll see how that pans out.
Woke at 255.1 lbs, looking much the same. Had a good sleep though, better than anything in the last week.
Good to hear about the sleep. There is nothing worse than repeated days of poor sleep.
I had the choice to train today or wait till Tuesday. I picked Tuesday. That way I really do take a full deload , and it means my left shoulder doesn’t have to deal with benching for another full week. That may let it actually fully recover.
I’ll do an extra workout later today, rest tomorrow and then start the next block on Monday. I’ll stitch to squatting Tuesday and benching on Sunday as well.

Took very little rest again, by the end I was sucking wind pretty well. I’m starting to think this may be a good way to do all three extra workouts either this block or the next.
Pullups were better, focused on crushing the bar and and arching backwards.

Looking big man
I mean, thanks. I just don’t really see it yet.
Woke at 255.5 lbs, looking much the same, perhaps a little less bloated.
x2
Upper back and traps looking swole af
What size shirt is that?
You failed to mention you were legally blind.
That’s a big fucking back, dude. It looks awesome.
Woke at 256.4 lbs, looking a tad more bloated. Slept like shit. Went to bed with a headache and it kept waking me up. Without the CPAP I’d be a complete wreck.
@IronOne XXL. I like my shirts loose.
@flappinit thanks man. I think because I see me every day it’s harder for me to see. Plus I see me shirtless, so I get the full fat effect.
