That’s the idea my friend. It’s just another seven kilos, but it should make a difference.
Woke at 258.6 lbs, looking a bit less bloated. Got 10 hours on the CPAP. Had a review with the sleep clinic and they’ve put the machine on constant pressure, and gave me a new mask to try because the nose pillow made my nostrils crack a bunch. So while the new mask is way more comfortable on the nose, it’s larger so I had to adjust to it again and kept waking up. Nothing terrible, just didn’t sleep as well as I will when I’m used to it.
Just saw Cedric McMillan’s IG post where he pokes a bit of fun at himself for not managing to bring it together on stage. I liked that. I like it when people can poke fun at themselves.
And you forgot to say that he is a beast and if he can get it together will win Mr O

Sunday conditioning
Walk 800 metres
11x30 metre sprints up 10 degree incline and walk back - I figured it was time to add an extra. I may well add another next week. As usual it was all around the 80 per cent mark, which as close as I can figure is going fast but without going all out.

I paced out the walk, and obviously all the distances are approximate in the extreme, but they’ll do for recording.
When I’m at 15 sprints I’ll move to a bit closer to the lake/pond where there’s around 40 metres at around 25 degrees. Then I’ll work up to 15 again.
