Woke at 260.1 lbs, looking similar to yesterday. Maybe very slightly bloated, but nothing extreme.

It is. You’re reducing or eliminating the stretch reflex. When I go to my depth (whatever that is), I pretty much just drop until my muscles and tissues stop me and then I get that nice rebound effect to start the trip back up.

Woke at 257.7 lbs, definitely less bloated. Right tonsil flared up last night but seems calmer now. Feel fine either way.

Woke at 259 lbs, a little more bloated (girthy?) than yesterday but nothing extreme. Right tonsil still doing its thing, but since that includes keeping the infection corralled I’m not complaining.

Woke at 258.8 lbs, looking less bloated. This is pretty cool because I didn’t eat a lot yesterday, and slept for a long fucking time.

Woke at 259.9 lbs, looking similar to yesterday. Didn’t eat much yesterday either, but wasn’t very active. Made carbonara at Mrs KO’s request and did it the old school way so the sauce was just egg yolk and cheese. Fuck it was good, but also heavy.

Tbh I think it’s the narrow stance squats, front squats, goblet squats and single leg work that does a lot of it. Plus the eating.

Woke at 260 lbs, looking similar to the past few days. Feel pretty shitty, my right tonsil decided sharing is caring and over the course of the night I developed a decent load of congestion in my head and now my whole throat is trashed from shitty breathing and (according to Mrs KO) really loud snoring throughout the night.

Good thing it’s deload this week.

Hooo boy I’ve been knocked around today. Spent most of it lying down and feeling somewhat better in the mid afternoon now.
