Woke at 242.9 lbs, some bloating. After burger and fries for dinner I expected the bloating, but not the weight. Going past 242 lbs seems to be somewhat harder than getting there.

Do you find yourself eating a bit more dirty than usual to get your calories? I do. I stalled at 244 for a while.

Probably @Frank_C but more compared to when I was dieting than anything. I still don’t eat much fast food (last night was the first time in maybe two weeks). It’s more a case of not agonising over what I can eat, rather picking what will fill my macro needs.

Reverse hyper (Jez bought one, it’s at Ultra and he said I could use it. It’s good, strap instead of a shaft), 45 degree back raises, planks, jumps

5x3x396 lbs, 10 second rests - beltless because one, breathing helps and two, my belt chewed up my spare tire so I wanted to avoid reopening anything. Back was fine, last set was pushing it

Meh. It’s rare for me to go over 90 minutes for anything TBH. If I do, it’s usually because I’m dead tired and simply can’t move fast.

Suddenly exhausted as I finished work. Yay for me.

Todays training

Reverse hyper, air squats (normal, wide), planks

Wide stance squat (feet out two inches further each)
5xbar/60 lbs
5xplate/170 lbs - knees started aching. It’s all the wide stance work
2x13x253 lbs - couldn’t be fucked with knee sleeves, so used some very, VERY loose Inzer Iron Z wraps wrapped in spirals bottom up. Knees really appreciated this, and managed to wrap so I got zero pop and just warmth. Either the wraps were two metres or my quads are a lot bigger than they used to be. They’re around a metre longer than me, so maybe bigger quads.

By now it was apparent that I probably shouldn’t be training so I dropped the weight on fucking everything

Hack squat (meant to be leg press and TBH I’m unsure whether Greg meant I could do hack or not because ‘I like it better so no’ is somewhat ambiguous :joy:)

Woke at 242.9 lbs, bloating has gone done. Topped off yesterday with a pretty decent headache. Today I’m just stiff and sorr, but reasonably rested.
