MarkKO's Training Log

I opened your log today and it jumped back to the screenshot of tnations post when you broke the monolift. Heck.

I don’t arch much so I would probably have been ok, but better safe than sorry.

@kleinhound I broke nothing :joy: I almost broke the window and myself…

You’re smart Mark, not benching today.
Not smart about the time with the Mono, but it was kinda funny

What? Where can I find this?!

Woke at 239.4 lbs, still a bit bloated. Back is now more than anything else. This is a pain. Bench will be interesting.

I’m only 3 lbs ahead of you today.

Yes, but I’m waaaaaay fatter than you :joy:

Way stronger too.

I hate squat and it appears to hate me back so I’ll never catch you there but I’ll try to get you in Deadlift someday.

Tnations Twitter post of mono tipping over was hilarious about the depth check, only because Markko weren’t hurt of course.

I am weird when i work that bench arch my back feels better after a couple sets.

Better then being pinned I suppose, refer to recently shared video of man getting his head crushed under the bar of a smith machine on a bench

@anon96032531 that’s actually a load-assisted isometric seated good morning.

Takes a whole new meaning to “skull crusher”

Woke at 237.6 lbs, bloating way down. Back is better, again mostly tight but still not 100% especially right on waking. Since I would have had to train before work I decided to scratch deadlifting this morning and do it tomorrow because it’s a day off. That means I’ll have more time to get my back open and moving.

Good to hear the back is getting better!

Those non-training related freak injuries are the absolute worst. I mean it’s potentially somewhat related to training, but you know what I mean. I’ve had so many of them. They can be even more psychologically taxing because, you do all of this crazy hard sh*t in the weight room etc, then you hurt your back putting on shorts, or reaching for something on a shelf and tweaking my soleus real bad before a race in one of my many cases etc. It’s infuriating eh!! I try to be even more careful now doing Activities of Daily Living, eh. So damn annoying.

peace!!

Woke at 236.9 lbs, looking flat. No bloating, but also pretty dehydrated. Back feeling best it has on waking so far.
