Scoring system for each game is (Round)*(Seed)
1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 points for 1st, 2nd, Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final Four, and Championship Game respectively.
Seed points are (1/2)*seed rounding up. So 1pt for a 1 or 2 seed, 2pts for a 3 or 4 seed, 3pts for a 5 or 6 seed, and so-on and so-on. That means that the 8-9 game matters more than the 2-15 game, etc.
