FAMILY DAY WEEKEND
I played in a little local 3 on 3 pond hockey tournament in “the village” on “the creek”. Our team did well for mostly old-timers! My Dad and a couple of his friends played on the team as well, it was a great day with friends and family.

The stomach bug has been going through our house for the last few days. I’ve managed to avoid it, but it has been 4 nights of bathing our kids and changing their sheets in the night
, so I feel like I’m running off of fumes! Managed to get a workout in today, but my strength and energy were low.
