10 hanging leg raises
Single Arm DB Snatch: 50lbs x 8 (each arm)
Set 2:
Deadlift: 425lbs x 8
10 hanging leg raises
Single Arm DB Snatch: 50lbs x 8 (each arm)
Set 3:
Deadlift: 495lbs x 6
10 hanging leg raises
Single Arm DB Snatch: 50lbs x 8 (each arm)
This giant set kicked my butt. I’m out of shape, this program is going to be just what the doctor ordered. I only managed to get in the main work today. I’m going to make an effort to get the extra/bonus/supplemental work in as well moving forward.
I’m happy to be back on a program, time to execute.
