Thanks man! I’ve done it in a SlingShot before. I think 445lbs is my best SlingShot. I hit 505lbs with a multiply shirt on. My best regular bench is still from 2017 when I hit a 375lb touch and go.
I feel like I’ll break this PR this year if I can get a little more consistent with my workouts.

Thanks whang! I installed the railing on the basement stairs on Sunday and garage floor was just poured today. Just a few little things left before getting occupancy now, a huge weight will be lifted once this project is over.
And thanks, lifting has been going surprisingly well considering my lack of consistency. 5th set seems to be producing results for me.

Thanks Mort! My training A.D.D keeps making me want to try another program, but the results I’ve been getting on my investment of time in the gym has been fantastic, so I am just going to stay the course!

These squats felt strong. I debated on working myself up to a daily max here, but I had my squats set up on the outside of the rack, so I decided not to push my luck without a spotter or safety in place.
During my squat sets I started thinking about how I haven’t done any overhead pressing in such a long time. While the bar was set up, I decided to see how push press felt since today was feeling like a strong day.
