Happy bday!

@littlesleeper I’m in Alberta. We care about beef and cowboy hats here apparently

Oh, and as of November of last year:

Kinder eggs are available in the US… Albeit a slightly-changed form.

Who can good morning 3 plates???

Happy Birthday! And nice work getting in some solid training on your personal holiday. This is the difference between trying to reach your goals and making them a priority :facepunch: (that’s meant to be a fist bump even though the emoji says facepunch)

Sounds like my kind of place! I live in the city now but I miss my small town simpleton life.

@losthog - Thanks man! I’ll have to watch the vid this evening, YouTube is restricted on my work comp…
@FatKidfromFL - Thank you! And, a win for the US!

Well, it wasn’t pretty! I’m sure we are know the squat reps I’m talking about where the legs are extending but the bar doesn’t seem to be moving upwards until you force it to with your lower back.

This is especially important when trying to complete a 5-6 workouts/week program. It is very easy to fall behind and not be able to catch up! I’ll be doing what I can to not miss a workout. I might have to purchase a 1 week membership somewhere (or just drop-in through the week) while we have the house for sale depending on when showings are scheduled. So I’ll be feeling that out for next week.

Right?!?!?

Thank you sir!

Thanks feller!

Normally I cap the sets at 3 to 5 but I think I forgot to include that. Oops…but on the plus side…Tree Trunks.

At least he told you before
But 8 reps at the start should give some volume to build from, when the cycles and reps goes down and the weight up.

It’s crap like that that really makes you enjoy the middle of a program. No more high rep sets and you’re not beat up from the higher intensity yet.

LMAO that is so American! Hahah we used to get one on the way out from grocery shopping if we behaved ourselves… Americans look at 1 and just chuckle, throw it away and pick up a cartoon of them :joy: :joy:

Happy Birthday!

…unless it was yesterday, in which case happy belated birthday!

Yep, we’re fat asses. You get so used to it that you’re pissed when you pay $15 for dinner and get 4 ounces of meat, 1 scoop of mashed potatoes, and a spoonful of corn. ā€œDammit, I paid $15 and I want to leave this place miserable!ā€
