And who will you be for us today Renton?
Well today, I’ll be - TEH-PWNERER!!!
Tell me you watch Pure Pwnage and I’ll love you forever.
I’ll admit to it only if you are talking in a no homo way.

In an effort to stay as far away from the topic as possible.
Yes no homo, in fact after seeing that picture I just watched the last two episodes that I haven’t seen yet, fucking hilarious. A lot of gay innuendos though, interesting…

This is a pretty fucked up thread. Just pull this new member up and shame him on his first day here.
Like Zap said, you guys are brutal.

I’m not sure “brutal” is the right word. This guy didn’t even do anything to provoke this other than have this site show off his profile images.[/quote]
The pose is pretty weird, even for a BB’er. Looks like something a woman would do. Anyway, in his first post, he said he wants to compete in powerlifting. Looks kinda skinny for a PL’er to me. I could crack him in half like a twig. I like my men a lot bigger, though ;^)

I’m surprized you didn’t tell him to eat more, X.

Has this guy posted at all?
Just a guess, but I bet if we polled most of the wannabe “powerlifters” on this site that we wouldn’t see much more muscle.
This site seems to be split down the middle. Those who take this seriously in regards to strength and muscle gains…and the huge population that eclipses them with half assed goals and little progress.

Maybe this man is a very nice guy with alot of experience and info to hand out, even though his physique may not represent that. And now you made a thread bitching about it and he might think “wow, what a bunch of asshats on T-Nation, I’m leaving”.
Not to bitch at you or anything, but why question people’s values? Some of the new members aren’t after that HYOOOGE look, they want a lean look with a small degree of muscle. There’s nothing wrong with that.

It’s nothing about him being new or how big he is.
It’s the pictures he took, and the poses he’s making. Are absolutely hilarious.
The guy’s in great shape, he’s lean and has a solid bit of muscle. He’s built like a fitness model and people are talking shit? The only thing I found odd is the pics say 2006. Sometimes I don’t understand what goes on on this site.

I agree with you it’s funny and ghey, and I think most of the other people that think that just didn’t say anything, because at the end of the day he’s just a regular guy trying to make it. Once he gets there then he can be laughed at.
I have to agree with you… I powerlift and although I no videos, just a fairly long thread… I do not look like I am a ripped, huge, swoll lifter OR that I move as much weight as I do day in and day out.
That guy is far leaner than I am, although I’d bet money I’d beat him in a competition (assuming he’d lift 198), but that’s NOT the point either, he chose to do get a male model figure and good for him. He’s not a fat ass lazy good for nothing sitting around bitching and asking the government for money.
I find it funny how a majority, may I venture to say a large majority, appears to be nothing more than homophobes. What if he’s gay? What if he’s straight? I thought this was a forum about lifting when you get down to it.
So when is someone going to call the OP gay for calling someone else gay? The argument “takes one to know one” seems to fly with the reasoning going on here.
