No. Skinless chicken breast, and turkey are both virtually fat free. Maybe 2 grams in 4 ounces. And their fat is still mostly saturated too. I guess really lean pork is good too. So at least in my reading, there are 2 reasons to prefer grass-fed ruminants (beef, goat, lamb, elk, deer, antelope). Their fat is the best because they basically live on short chain fatty acids produced by bacteria from fiber. And 2, Charles Poloquin has written on this site that chicken protein, and total nutrient content is far inferior to beef.
I think the message is that saturated fat can be good for hormone levels, doesn’t cause heart disease, and to get the best results from the hormone boosting effects of animal fat you don’t want to get a lot of fat from poultry and pork because it can raise your omega-6 out of their tight window.

oooh ok I see; so like chicken breast might be OK, but something like thighs with a ton of fat left on them probably not.
I ate 4.5 lbs of raw, untrimmed beef per day for 4 weeks as part of my health experiments. I gained 13.3 lbs of lean mass measured by DXA. I did a lot of experiments on cholesterol too. In the end, I wouldn’t worry about the cholesterol from healthy sources like beef. I do recommend mixing in beef organ meat too.
