Hey coach CT hope your doing great I just bought Magnesium Taurate and the recommended dosage is 500mg per capsule and it contains 120mg of Magnesium the rest is Taurate is it okay to take 2 per day that is not to much magnesium.
And the seconds thing is I don’t feel that it is that good with me like Magnesium Glycinate used to effect me more concerning recovery and feeling mellow at night but as you said since I have Glycine powder i bought Taurate to have the best of that combo and does the mag Taurate upset the stomach
