4 ladders of 1,2 double KB clean and press with 16kg and pull-ups.
1 ladder of 1,2,3,4 double KB clean and press with 16k and pull-ups.
No intentional rest between movements till between the 4 clean and press and pull-ups. Fatigue finally got to me.
5x25 KB swing with 28kg.
30 push-up and 30 goblet squat with 24kg.
Both felt a bit rough. Several rests at top for push-up and several rests on the squats by bringing the KB down from the goblet position and into a ‘low carry’ kind of position.
Like 18 rounds of 10 push-up and 10 squat spread throughout the course of prepping dinner on Saturday and Recon Ron pull-up program week 1 in the morning somehow.
One set of 30 push-up and 30 squat on Sunday.

Feels a lot better.

Took 5+ breathes between movements and occasionally more to check on the baby.
125 total KB swing with 28kg. Sometime like 64-80ish-100ish-125.
20 push-up and 20 body squat.
On Tuesday-
Recon Ron pull-up program week 2 in the morning
Felt like shit.
EMOM 3x5 and 2x10 push-ups with 20lb in backpack
4x6, 1x9 EMOM double KB front squat with 28kg
I wanted 10 but failed the last rep.
10 laps of 28kg farmer’s carry in the living room.
Done in sets of 2 with 10-12 breaths in between. Felt pretty good.]
Took Weds and Thurs off. Basically fatigue from child-caring and not recovering from the lifting made me feel REALLY tired. Felt a whole lot better today.

4x16 KB snatch with 24kg.
Took enough rest to catch my breath between sets.
Double KB Rite of Passage week 5 heavy day
5 ladders of 1,2,3,4,5 double KB clean and press with 16kg and pull-ups
Did the full ladders for 1 and 2 for pull-ups and then moved down to doing 3s on the 4s and 5s for round 3-5.
Pull-ups just aren’t happening in a significant capacity right now. This felt properly rough. Needed way more than 5 breathes between a lot of the later sets.

22 push-up and 22 goblet squat with 24kg.
Yesterday-
EMOM 3x8 push-up with 20lb in backpack.
Felt easy.
5x7 EMOM double KB front squat with 28kg
Felt pretty good.

Done in sets of 2 with 10 breaths in between. Felt fine.

Ended up taking 30 second rests between rounds.

A bit of pause at the top at some point but overall pretty easy.
20 total double KB front squat with 28kg.
Rest paused by bringing the KB down for a breather whenever the left side began to get too fatigued. Legs felt great; upper body felt fatigued.
Today-
Double KB Rite of Passage week 6 heavy day
5 ladders of 1,2,3 double KB clean and press with 20kg and pull-ups
15-30 second rests between ladders, minus an instance where I spent a couple minutes with the baby.
Felt good. 20kg felts a bit heavy when I’m not focused on pushing the weight up.
125 total KB swing with 28kg. 73/106/125
23 push-up and 23 goblet squat with 24kg.
Again, legs feel great but holding the KB in the goblet position begins to feel fatiguing, especially in the front of shoulders.
Yesterday-
EMOM 5x9 push-up with 20lb in backpack.
Felt a bit tough near the end. I had spent an hour and a half carrying and struggling with the baby, so I figure I was fatigued.
EMOM 8/4/8/4/8 EMOM double KB front squat with 28kg
Pre-emptively reduced the reps after the push-ups felt fatiguing. Had to reset on the last set.
A couple inverted rows off the power tower.

Oof, I felt fatigued.

13s felt way more fatiguing than expected.

15 seconds or so rest between rungs, then 1 min rest between ladders.
Kept me feeling fresh thoroughly the movement. I felt strong on everything for once.

Felt ok. A bit tough on the last set.

No snatches today because one of my wrist guards are beat to shreds and barely hanging on. Not a problem with KB presses and cleans but I’m worried it’s going to break on snatches. So I’ll do snatches on Friday instead…

Working out in the middle of the day isn’t working with a baby, so I’ve finally taken to working out in the morning. Woke up at 5AM and got this done. Felt ok, just flat. Didn’t feel powerful. I think that’s what got me with the swings- spent most of what I had remaining on getting 71 swings and then tired out.
Didn’t do anything on Thurs- went to bed very late and just didn’t feel like exercising when I got up at 5AM; slept in till 6AM and took care of the baby instead.

I needed something that I can do continuously without breaking me and decided that doing this with very light load should work. This def. worked. Gonna try it next week with 10kg.

1 min rest between ladders. This made the 3s very hard with the pull-ups- always needed to reset after 2 reps. Did 1 rep of pull-up on the 4.
