Guys: My courier with Mag10 got stopped by customs and the RCMP has determined it must be destroyed as they feel it falls under the controlled substances act as it is (apparently) a derivative of Androstenediol (androst–5–ene–3?,17?–diol). Now my chemistry is extremely weak but it seems to me that what’s in Mag10’s ingredients are different (the 4Ad vs the ando-5-ene) than what’s the in the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Am I way off base? Anyone want to give me a quick lesson in chemistry? I go to pick up my protein powder that was also in the courier next Friday so I expect I’ll have to chat with the cops about it then (they have said I’m not in “trouble”). Thanks in advance…
As far as I had known, Mag10 was legal for possession. The problem you have is with the courier. If you were bringing it in to the country for personal use in small amounts, you may have had a chance had you got tagged.
But I suspect your courier, upon being questioned, said he was bringing it north for a friend. Not cool as far as Customs is concerned.
You can’t quote me as law, but that was my knowledge of the situation.
Mag-10 is not allowed in Canada. If you manage to get it through customs consider yourself lucky. Some of us are actually quite successful at it (despite living in Alberta) but you have to be creative. . .

wow, I didn’t think it would be a big deal if my friend brought up some Mag10 for me. If she gets caught with it at the border will anything happen? I thought they just would confiscate it since possesion of it was not illegal.

yea but the penalties for getting caught with steroides ar ALOT less! more like a slap on the wrist! One of my friends has a friend who is a narc up here, and when asked what for example they would do if they pulled over someone and found steroids… he said they might confinscate them, but probably wouldn’t waste there time with charges, seeing that they have bigger fish to fry.
