The same goes for peri-workout nutrition. Do studies show it’s helpful? Yup. Do they show that it’s absofuckinglutely necessary, as T-Muscle would have you believe with their ridiculous Anaconda protocol? Fuck no. If it were, anyone who’d lifted in an era prior to their invention of a need for a protein shake mid-workout would suck, and people with $400 a month to blow on bullshit supplements would lead the world in strength sports. In case you hadn’t noticed… they don’t. [/quote]

I tried 'en, nearly killed myself. I was obviously doing them wrong but I started to see spots at the very end of one set, I racked it the bar and suddenly it felt like my brain was bunching around in my head. I started shaking violently for about four seconds and couldnt see shit. Weirdest experience of my life. My buddy was looking at my with the most scared and confused expression ive ever seen.
Really glad this blog is back though

Yea, you guys are nuts. Try loading up with 150% of your front squat max and hold for different time sets. It kinda feels like your belly button is frantically trying to eat itself out of your stomach.
Why creatine is a good weight LOSS supplement… suck it fitness.
