This morning I weighed in at 179. Im drying out nice and steady. I feel fine, I’ve been doing my scheduled depletion workouts as planned (Im going to do another one today, because of my feast on monday had to negate mondays training). Come friday, Im not going to carb up, Im going to skip by it until next Friday (I’ll most likely just up my cals for the weekend with fats). Im interested to see if I can maybe break my sticking point as well.

PS That was a crazy amount of food to ingest! It was definatly satifying tho? am I right?

While I was eating all day, I was definitly enjoying it. Towards the end of the day I had the 2 pizzas. I had to force almost half of the second one down (I would have felt like a failure if I didn’t, lol). I went to sleep feeling bloated and VERY uncomfortable. I wasn’t hungry at all for most of Tuesday.

lol nice yah 2 large pizza’s must have been a bit of a strugle! yah you definally took in alot of sodium as well as all the carbs that probly where the 20 pounds came about! your right back on now tho how are you looking today?

lol yeah. Im wearing a 30", my waist is around 30, 29ish if I get leaner.

Insane V taper going on there… I’m looking to start UD when I get down to a respectable BF.

Has anybody used Lyle’s Rapid Fat Loss Handbook? I bought the thing and I’m a bit hesitant to do it… He’s recommending 400-800 calories a day.

400-800 calories did I read that right?

Yeah I don’t get it… The basic idea is to eat .5-.7 g of protein per pound of lean mass… Then eat some veggies, a multivitamin, and some fish oil.

So is the diet based off of the idea that you can spike GH and IGF through fasting? Is that why the cycling is effective?

The rapid fat loss handbook is only supposed to be for decently lean people if I’m not mistake and its supposed to only be used from like 2-4 weeks at a time…I think I read that anyway.

Been following this thread with a LOT of interest, and have to say you look pretty god damned ripped.

Man, that there is a serious BINGE. I don’t think I’ve ever tried Carb Cycling at this level before. Would you recommend it for someone @ 10%ish, looking to get down to, say 6-7%ish?

Yah im not sure about that rapid fat loss handbook I was just on L-Mac’s internet site and theres not a whole lot of liturature there about it! Id like to read it tho it would seem that with cal’s that low its not muscle spearing??? Maby however… post up a little about it dg401
