Stepping into them was/is fine, but walking out/back in with the band under my foot feels really strange. Once I get the cash for a cage, I’ll put one in and bolt it down. I’ll make a platform for attaching bands in the power cage and also for doing deads outside of it. In my head, my little 11x13’ space is going to be awesome, haha.

If you loop the bands around the bottom of the rack you should be fine, provided it’s sturdy enough to support it. If that doesn’t’ make sense I’ll take a pic.

I know what you mean, but the rack is lightweight, and as the tension increases on the band, it lifts the rack off the ground. If I stand on the bands, it can’t lift me off the ground once I’m wedged in between the bands and the bar.
There’s a video on youtube somewhere that shows a guy either squatting or dealifting, and at the top of the rep, the cage tips over into the wall

I’ve contemplated building a full cage out of 4x4s, but I’d rather just get one out of metal instead of having to dealwithit.jpg over the design, yano?
When I get a full cage, I think my brother wants the squat rack. It’d fit him better anyway, since he’s a bit taller than I am, so he could hit depth easy without smacking the safety catches (unlike me).

So…last night pretty much rocked my socks, until bedtime. Took some Jack3d at 645, worked out from 730-850, showered and attempted to hit the rack by 930. Well, I couldn’t sleep at all. 10…11…12…nothing. Oh look 2am, maybe I slept a couple hours!, OH 230, 3, 4 am?! 430 time to get up! Fucking shitballs. in the past I’ve taken supps with stims in it for pre-wo at night, and been fine going to bed 3 hours after taking them. I don’t know if that’s normal for that product, but if it happens again, I’ll have to get up stupid early to get my training in. Do not want. Anyway, I had a killer workout, filmed a couple lifts for lulz. Enjoy.

Well i usually workout mid afternoon and i find that it does that to me as well. I feel fucking awesome, but simply cannot sleep when i normally do when i take it.
1,3 dimethlyamylamine is a very strong stimulant as you found out.
How many scoops did you have?

Well, for my workout this past weekend, I just took the recommended 1, and then last night I jumped to a bit less than 2 full ones. I know it said to use 1 for the first 3 times but shit…stuff’s intense. I’ll try 1 scoop next workout session and see how my sleep goes, if it doesn’t go well, I’ll have to either save it for weekend sessions or try and move my training to the morning.
I guess that’s why Jack3d is a banned substance for the 100% RAW federation, because of the 1,3 dimethyamylamine (I think). That’s alright…I’m looking to get in with another federation anyway, one where I don’t need to keep flat feet when benching, because I’m switching up my “stance” again…

Thanks Greg. I haven’t got any more equipment lately, I’m just using my brain a little more and coming up with ways to train differently.

Thanks! I’m capable of building damn near anything! The platform I’m going to build to DL on and attach power cage to is going to have multiple places to attach bands, which could also be used to secure someone to, I suppose.
So sore today, upper/lower back, hams, chest, bis and tris. I should try to get some sort of GPP work in tonight, since I tend to avoid that shit LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Nice workout Ink. Clean form didn’t look that bad lol. Reverse bands looked like an odd setup, more like they pulled laterally across your body than away from it.

They did, and I felt it at the bottom end, for sure. I had to think of something other than boring ass benchin. Good eye though. I was going to set it up a different way, but one of my kids has ran off with one of the pins I was needing to set it up. Now I gotta hunt it down through the mountain of toys in the house.
That clean was the best of the worst, too, haha. Thanks man.
