Blaze, thanks bro. I think the lateral head is the most prominent on my arm right now, but a bigger horseshoe can’t be a bad thing! Hopefully I can train right, through a calorific surplus, and actually build lean mass instead of strictly blubber

Didn’t make it to the gym last night, I was worn out by the end of the normal day. I’ll try tog get in there tonight (late though) and kill it. I’m ripping off Dixie’s last DE bench day and am going to use that as my template for the session, so I don’t lose focus and just wander around the gym like a zombie, as usually happens when it’s late.


FYI: DE lower session the other night killed me. Also, the article on squatting every day intrigued me. Think I might open every session with squats, and hit squats at home on the side when possible. Thoughts, of those who read that article?

when I read those type of articles I am always reminded that muscles grow on off days. Squat big, eat big and rest. Can’t go wrong there.

I read that article, then I watched the video of that 19 year old kid, then I blocked the whole thing out of my memory as a traumatic experience lol
