Convinced my brother to try the Pyramid of Pain, and he made it through the “10” set in 11 minutes, and quit. Said it’d taken 3 hours to finish it. LOL

In other news, I’ve discoreved the Rec Center as a big ass park near my house (5-6 miles away?) has a “fitness/weightlifting area”, so I think my wife and I are going to check it out after work today and see if it meets my picky needs. If we got the 6 month at a time rate, it’s about the same price as the other potential new gym, which is way cheaper than what I was paying. We’ll see, and I’ll try to snap some pics.

The pyramid workout sounds killer. I’ll look at trying it next week at the office gym

Yes, but it would be a boring ass video. It’d be 2 minutes of work, mixed in with 20 minutes of panting, crying, and passing out repeatedly. Now that I mention it, it would be good for the lulz, haha

One thing I’m noticing with heavier weights on 2bd, is that my elbows tend to chicken wing out, and I don’t keep them tucked anymore. Anyone know how to avoid/prevent this?

Good lookin pressing man! I think those reps are harder than they should have been because your elbows are flaring a bit early. Maybe there is a tricep weakness? Just a thought, great work brotha!

Nice pressin ink. Maybe you could get a slingshot. It will teach you to tuck and you can do so at heavier weights, then when you come back to regular working sets it should be easier to keep the tuck.

It’s like I know to tuck on the way down, but once I get to the “Fuck this is heavy” point, the elbows just shoot out
