Thanks BWG, sometimes I get away from my metal roots, but it only takes a riff for me to fall back into the abyss!
Enjoy your stay!
Fucking re-released the super Pantera fan in me…
Here’s 3 of my favorite ones from the Far Beyond Driven Album:
I saw them on the same tour in '96! I was 14 I think, and me and my little metal buddies wormed our way up to the front. Favorite memory is during the solo for 5 Minutes alone, during the double picking part on the high strings, there was this green light shining on Dimebag’s face from below, and he was scowling out at us with his long pink goatee shredding away, I thought it was fucking amazing. I might even still have the bootlegged cassette of the show I bought from someone. Hells yeah, shred on ink! I’m going to go put some Pantera back in my daily rotation.
Hey Inky… so I finally was able to catch up on your African adventures today (a week with the parents after graduation and they finally left this morning). I actually start work on Monday but hopefully we’ll be able to catch up soon.
Iz I allowed back in ur log? I have pantera on my ipod now sir, i swearz
What’s a Pantera? Some kind of dance move?

Hi.
Haha that’s awesome Major! That show was badass man. Dime and his red/pink beard are like a Pantera signature!
The Pantera would be like breaking your neck while moving it like Bernie, if I had to make it up, lol.
Hi court, back in action in the states and everything’s the same with me
Howdy Chris
Did some DE upper at home today, went pretty good but took it easy. Shoulder feels 100%
Started with TDC @95 x 3
De benching, worked up to 135 triples, changed my form a bit with foot placement and think I like it. Watch for it next ME bench day ![]()
Floor presses, wound up doing these with a mini band over the bar by each hand, and under my back. Wicked pump for sure.
Band overhead extensions and pressdowns.
Nothing mentionable with regards to poundage but was a decent session.
Probably start building a desk today, for the house. Should be fun as I love building shit.

How I set up for the band floor presses. I just crawled through the opening and hit it[/quote]
Dude…thats a pretty solid idea. So it worked well?
rip dimebag
You must be very strong if you ate all that protein you killed.
Do you have a meet at the end of this month?
And knurling described using sandpaper grit numbers. Love that.
