Actually got in a session Saturday and Sunday, missed Friday night so it pushed my DE Lower to Saturday, then DE Upper yesterday, and to be back on track I need to hit an ME lower session tonight, but shit I’m soooore, so I don’t know about that yet. Got a chance to use my new mini bands from EFS, so they got a lot of use
