Wanted to do reverse pec deck flyes, but some douche was taking forever, and I was bored. Hit the treadmill for 20 minutes at varying inclines, from 10-15.5%. Kinda brutal-ish.
I feel like I did another lift in there…but I can’t remember. Meh, nothing epic anyway.
