How are you liking the reverse grip bench? I’ve been using it for awhile now and never switched back to a regular grip. Unless I’m in my lifting gear. It really carries over to the shirt benching

Its been a decent change. Feel more tension n upper pecs, which is good. Cant really go heavy all in all, seems cant hold it, too uncomfortable and feel losing it. Keeping at it thou. Bench was getting stale/stalled anyway.
