Have you considered graduating from the second grade?
Real men use paper bags from grocery stores.
Chicken and rice is actually delicious if you do it right. Throw some beans in there and you’re g2g.
Have you considered putting the tasty things you eat at your home in a Tupperware container?

What do you use for your chicken and rice? What kinds of beans? Spices? Herbs?
Not sure some of the stuff would taste great cold.
I often put lots of hot sauce (although may be high in sodium) or black pepper & Mr.Dash chipotle seasoning to my rice/chicken after its done cooking.
1 Avocado, 2 scoops choc. whey, 1 cup milk.
drop all ingredients into blender, blend. Take blender with you, Drink mix out of big a$$ blender like man.

I make chili with bison/horse quite regularly.
As an alternative, I use beef.
I’ve also made meat sauce and eaten it without pasta.
Chicken curry is decent also, swap out ghee/cream/butter/coconut milk for 2% milk tho.
I find just drowning stuff it hot sauce is a little too simple. At least get one of those Thai curry flavor packs instead.
You could also learn how to make Shepherd’s Pie.
Another under-rated dish is Chicken Soup. Man it’s great in winter. I friggin amp the veggies to 11 in that shit.
cook your rice with chicken/beef/whatever broth you like

That said, I’ve got three words for 'ya… Frank’s. Red. Hot.
Marinate chicken overnight. Boom, done. One of the easiest ways for an awesome meal.
Also, I made this sauce the other day and it came out freaking ridiculous: 1/2 cup Sriracha, 4Tbsp lime juice, 1 1/2Tbsp sugar, 1tsp salt, 4Tbsp chicken broth, 10 cloves garlic, 3Tbsp fresh ginger. Put all in blender/food processor, serve over whatever you want to make irresistible. Spicy, sweet, and kinda refreshing.
