bro i had something exactly like that on my left nipple 2 years ago. I thouhght it was gyno too. Turns out it was nothing. It was caused by the friction on my chest n certain exercises i was doing( i.e. chest supported dumbell rows, rear delt laterals on an incline bench). It went away when i stopped doing those particular movements. But still get it checked out.

No, he’s not on a roll. Some guy just get it and it’s a pretty damn high percentage of guys that do, most just don’t talk about it.

Anyway, since this was described as a lump or a cyst, it didn’t seem to match the description of gyno.
Maybe it is gyno. Perhaps there are hormonal issues at play for some reason which are skewing the T/E ratio.
