I have a hard lump under my nipple, can i take nolvadex 10mg everyday or do you guys recommend 20mg everyday? Can I continue taking my AI every other day while taking tamoxifen everyday or will that crash my e2
Tamoxifen blocks estrogen receptors in the nipples, aromasin or arimidex block the aromatization. you can take both without crashing E2. I would take 20mg/day of tamoxifen to see if it gets better. What do you think caused it? If it’s prolactin induced then tamoxifen likely won’t work.
Definitely not prolactin, my libido is still high and my sex drive is off the charts. Just took 20mg of nolvadex on Monday and felt like shit Tuesday and drained so i might have to start with 10mg and see if that helps

Did you have any other symptoms days or weeks before this hard lump occured? Itching, puffiness etc?
No other symptoms and I kept psyching myself out and touching my nipples thinking of gyno lol. Next thing you know I have a little lump. You can’t tell I have gyno if you look at me but I can definitely feel the lump.
Could it be a zit?
