So i spoke this guy a while ago who has low T.Don’t know what his exact numbers were, but it was even lower than the average woman He had different signs of low T as no mood, no motivation, no libido, poor sleep.
But on the other hand he was fairly muscular, good healthy looks and did 130kg bench press. So how is this possible with low T?
Short CAG repeats, the longer the CAG repeats, the less activity at the androgen receptor and therefore more testosterone is needed to force exchange between tissue.

I’ll guess and say he is strict with diet and exercise, though I would doubt he is as low as a woman. (Quest range for men 250-1100, for women 2-45) While not typical, I see this stuff from time to time.
A good example is a woman patient, 32y/o, competes in the fitness, or maybe bikini?, competitions. Looks incredible. The person referring her sent me a text picture of her on stage. I thought what the hell is she doing looking into hormones? When I saw her in the office, she looked even better!
Extreme fatigue, zero libido. (What a waste!) Low testosterone, low thyroid. In discussing her training and her diet:
Me: How much protein do you eat?
150 grams a day.
Me: 150 huh? Not 149? 151?
No, 150. I weigh it out. Every day.
Me: Ok, how do you spell O C D.
That’s how you look like that, extreme discipline, sure some genetics. Probably over the top when it comes to diet and exercise.
Perhaps that could be part of it for the guy you are referencing?
