just an update for today…my sister was at my family doctor today,she passed along the info of a specialist i want to see to my doctor. So hopefully the referral doesn’t take forever.

stupid question…but is that from steriod use or a total different issue?

Do an hcg challenge… See how you do, this will get the boys working. Then do as ksman suggested but no 60-80 and low low dose the whole way only if lh and fsh don’t raise u can raise the dose. If they are near top of range leave the dose alone. Use clomid or nolvadex at about half of what is prescribed for fertility. After all this u have kick started the whole system if it doesn’t work then go the trt route…
I’m not going to put the docs name online when I feel you may be making a mistake and not exhausting options…
If prolactin is high get that checked my friend.

ya i get what your saying, im not taking it the wrong way.I appreciate you looking out for me…my plan is to attempt to recover on my own using hcg and clomid…but with wait times for appointments being so long i just want to have something booked for incase it doesnt work.
called a couple clinic today they dont deal with young males…That dr.yermus guy seemed pretty cool talked to him on the phone for a bit. He told me he doesn’t really deal with guys my age. He recommend i call around and try and find a ohip covered doc, but if not he said he would see me.
dumb question…does it matter if im on test,hcg,clomid or anything when i do the MRI?

A update since july…I completed my 2month restart using hcg, clomid, nolva. I think it did help a bit. Mood improved, balls are bigger, larger sperm count…but my libido stikl seems shot. Could be in my head. Some days I feel normal somedays I feel like shit.
I plan on waiting a month just for everything to clear my system and then go for a blood test.
I also have a referal form for an endo as well as for an mri clinic to give yo my doctor when I see her.
My question is…do I have to wait a month or could I go sooner for a blood test.
You should get a blood test right at the end of you restart and then another one month after to see how well you were going during restart phase and see whether that has translated to normal bodily function.

hey man i know it been while since i posted on here about this. I wanted to know if youcangive me that doctors name. Update on my situation is i tried the clomid/hcg and my levels went from 6 to 12. I saw an endo at LMC he bashed me for trying 2 cycles of steriods and said it could be a brain tumor because of high prolacin. I did another blood test and now my prolatin is down in normal range but my test levels dropped down to 9. He wouldnt help me as i am in “normal range”. I contacted a private clinic who said they would help me 4 months ago if I couldnt find an endo under ohip, but now he is saying I am to young and that he isnt taking new people.
