Low T?

I’m 50 yrs old,6-2,253lbs and 24% BF. My body changed in appearance by the extra weight but also noticed my desires went from every night to whenever I had an urge(lost interest).I lost my strength after my knees were hurt in different incidents at work, haven’t got them repaired so they are always sore.

Any suggestions about how to get back into a workout routine and a diet that’s not complicated? I don’t want to end up with lil old man legs and arms and have to wear a t-shirt to swim(cause you know guys who wear shirts swimming are really ripped and hiding IT!)What legit supplements are good for low T,joints and a beginner workout?

I would advise you to read the stickies regarding the recommended blood work to get done and go get tested. Otherwise you’re just guessing…

Id check out a workout like Jim Wendlers 531 although if you have knee problems you may have to tweek it (it requires a lot of squatting) or jus pull one off bb.com that fits you and stick to it for awhile then switch it up. For joints get some glucose chondroitin with MSN from walmart or if you want to spend the money go with something like animal flex. And dont forget your fish oils. As for low t jus have it tested that way you know if you need a test booster or possibly trt.

This probably isn’t the best subforum for diet and exercise routines - but there are plenty of good resources in other subforums. As was mentioned, if you noticed a sudden drop in energy / sex drive, then it is probably worth a simple blood test to see where your T levels are.
