Thanks

Thanks, but you can still eat healthy and just run and do pushups - no gym is need for that - better then nothing m8

Running, walking and cycling have been frequent

Don’t have a car (can’t afford) so it’s always walk/cycle everywhere with brief sprints if I’m late to catch public transport

Pushups are a problem due to subacromial bursitis, I have resistance bands I pump up with whenever I have the time

In Spain I have access to a gym

Healthy eating is a no… it’s currently eat everything in sight. I tried snails today which was pretty rad

I should clarify this isn’t the case. The veins you’re speaking of are called superficial veins. What dictates the presence of these veins are how lean one is, genetics and glycogen/salt and water retention. High dosages of non aromatising anabolics, dietary modification and how lean one is can bring these out significantly, yet some will have these veins at 20% bf, they’re not a gauge of adequate cardiovascular health in the slightest

Granted it’s safe to say this guy is fit as a fiddle and very healthy

Did your apetite increase from the testosterone?
I got this issue and gained a bit fat the last weeks apart from the water :frowning:

Need to urgently put again my diet under control

You know what to do. Do that as good as you can - regarding eating and fitness.
Do that every day. Eating healthy is less expensive then eating unhealthy.

Up and down. Depends on how much sex or fitness I´m doing. If I eat more, it´s still healthy food I´m eating. Maybe 1 day a month I eat a pizza. I´m a very strict person, and my food is extremly boring, but healthy.
I had issues with water as well, but not any more.

I noticed my hunger for unhealthy food increased tremendously and I started to hate the healthy food a lot. Now Im trying to put my diet and discipline back together

A sixpack is not created in the gym, it´s healthy food…
Do what you have to do. Keep it simple if it helps. Once a week you can treat Yourself with alcohol and candy if so.
Healthy food, water, sleep and weights - my recipe (and testosterone)

Hope to get back there ASAP, lastly I’ve been indulging myself with a lot of sweets and bakery(my favorite things to eat in the world) and wanna throw up when I see lean meat with rice. I will keep some bread but in small quantities. I developed some great dislike to rice and potatoes
Otherwise my lifts are increasing, but what use of that If I get fat again

December…it´s only natural…next month it´s time to do better…you know what is right and wrong…
Try to calculate how much you need, and then add just 500 calories to that. Make sure you get fat as well, but has to be the likes of avocados, nuts and such.

This 2 times everyday - nothing else. Monday or Saturday, still the same.

I would eat my insides if all I ate was that. I mean hell, bodybuilding competitors a few weeks out from stage eat more than that.

For breakfast or the whole day? That looks like a body builders breakfast at most

In what terms it could be better? Do you wake up in the middle of the night?
Was your sleep better or worse before TRT?

Me as well. I cannot live like that. This is no life. I envy his discipline

I see no meat there?
