Low SHBG - how much Testosterone?

Outside of North America it is common to find it in 250 mg/2mL amps. That’s about the only thing available in Central America, and I belive South America is the same. I don’t know where the poster is, so just saying.

Thanks! I´ll know more next week…

Test - 8,6 (min. 8,6 / max 29,0)
Free T - 0,245 (min. 0,240 / max 0,690)
SHBG - 13,8 (min. 11 / max 80,0)

At last. What I could get, and have plenty.
Again, no AI or HCG - just the above ED IM.

Question is: some say 25mg ED, others say 12-15mg ED because of low SHBG - How much?

You should start out 12-14mg daily, unless you are a hyper excreter 25mg is too much which is 175mg weekly. You don’t need high levels, you will only create excess T and E2 and therefore negative symptoms.

14mg for 6-8 weeks, and then status - right ?
May be a stupid question, but how many ml is 14mg ?

If it was 200mg, it would be 7mg x2=14, but because it’s 250mg strength I don’t know.

It will be difficult to dose.

If you got a 3/10ml insulin syringe, I believe 15mg would be 6 units on the syringe. Not sure how you would measure it in a larger syringe.

Got 0,5ml insulin syringe.

The 1ml insulin syringes can go 1mg by 1mg or .1ml by .1ml, these are needed for daily protocol dosing on the lower end, otherwise you may be unable to decrease your dosage by 1mg which is plus or minus 7mg.

I have notice the difference between 7–>8mg is a big difference in the way I feel right after making the change,

Got it sort out thanks

With this diet I dont think you need zinc supplementation. I eat similar and when I tested zinc it was at the top margin of the reference range, I dont supplement it.

Test all your minerals and important vitamins with blood test, otherwise we are just guessing about defficiencies

Your progress is nothing short of amazing, not only have you toned up, but your veins are visible and tells me your cardiovascular system is healthier delivering a larger volume of blood to your bodies tissues.

You will continue to see improvements in the next 8 months, you’ll actually continue making further progress beyond 1 year in bone and muscle departments.
