Do the numbers look good? I know it´s not about numbers…the important thing is how you feel, but would still like to know what you think, and what I can do about the back acne.
Numbers look good, if you feel good… stay where you are.
Back acne, for me… I purchased a brush which could each parts of my back that my hands can’t, that way I can wash said areas adequately. Otherwise a topical cream containing small amounts of benzyl peroxide may be of use.
Great progress. Ive been on TRT since Late November, Im just now beginning to crave the gym. Food has been good, I do drink wine daily, and Im already starting to feel the need to drop the 1-2 glasses of daily wine. Thanks for the inspiration.

Keep it up - make sure to get enough sleep, drink enough water, hit the gym, eat healthy, keep away from drugs and too much alcohol. If so, then you´ll get the most out of it physical and mentally. Many other “hacks” regarding this, but those are basic and most important!
I see the picture but can’t make out the servings and portions. I’m in the process of quitting sugar, other than that I eat healthy in the morning and than from lack of planning it falls apart. Appreciate any help, thanks.
It´s really simple…
Eat whatever you want - even burgers and such…BUT, never eat more then you burn of during the day!
I´m lazy regarding food, that´s why my food are boring.
Again, it´s not important what you eat. I get 2.500 calories a day. A lot of protein, but also fats (avocado and nuts)
I hate to run. the only cardio i do, is to walk 1 hour each day + 1 hour fitness.
Get bloodwork done, and find out if you are low on anything besides E. Important to have enough vitamin D and such.
Drink a lot of water through out the day, but remember to get salt as well.
