Low SHBG - how much Testosterone?

Regarding meat, I get cod roe, tuna or mackerel twice a day.

Food shown is 2 meals - I get 4 meals a day.

I don´t care about what I eat, I really don´t. Important for me is, that it´s quick/easy, cheap and healthy.

Pre testosterone, I woke up once every hour every night for years. Now my sleep is much better, but still wake up about 2 times every night.

I know these things is out of normal, but I feel invincible - great mental focus, physical strength, sky high libido and haven’t been sick.

No blood test since June ´19, but at last I have some.

June 28th. ´19:
S-Sexualhormonbindende globulin stofk. - Result: 13,8 (min. 11 / max 80,0)
S-Testoseron stofk. - Result: 8,6 (min. 8,6 / max 29,0)
S-Testoseron, frit stofk.- Result: 0,245 (min. 0,240 / max 0,690)

Jan. 30th. ´20:
S-Sexualhormonbindende globulin stofk. - Result: 25,8 (min. 11 / max 80,0)
S-Testoseron stofk. - Result: 35,2 (min. 8,6 / max 29,0)
S-Testoseron, frit stofk.- Result: 0,936 (min. 0,240 / max 0,690)

Asked them to test for Estrogen and IGF-1, but got no data.

No AI, HCG or anything else but Testosterone since September 1st. - EOD, 62,5mg Enanthate (1ml 250mg)

Feeling good with energy, sexual performance, muscle gains and mindset.
Problem is back acne… Could lower the dose, but guess I will loose benefits…?

Do the numbers look good? I know it´s not about numbers…the important thing is how you feel, but would still like to know what you think, and what I can do about the back acne.

Numbers look good, if you feel good… stay where you are.

Back acne, for me… I purchased a brush which could each parts of my back that my hands can’t, that way I can wash said areas adequately. Otherwise a topical cream containing small amounts of benzyl peroxide may be of use.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, a long brush is worth a try, and maybe that benzyl as well.

Great progress. Ive been on TRT since Late November, Im just now beginning to crave the gym. Food has been good, I do drink wine daily, and Im already starting to feel the need to drop the 1-2 glasses of daily wine. Thanks for the inspiration.

Keep it up - make sure to get enough sleep, drink enough water, hit the gym, eat healthy, keep away from drugs and too much alcohol. If so, then you´ll get the most out of it physical and mentally. Many other “hacks” regarding this, but those are basic and most important!

Wow ur sex hormone binding globulin increased ALOT, any idea why?

Still the same shown back in dec. in this post - nothing new.

No change at all regarding T or food - all the same.

I see the picture but can’t make out the servings and portions. I’m in the process of quitting sugar, other than that I eat healthy in the morning and than from lack of planning it falls apart. Appreciate any help, thanks.

It´s really simple…
Eat whatever you want - even burgers and such…BUT, never eat more then you burn of during the day!
I´m lazy regarding food, that´s why my food are boring.

I started to experience back acne too, but only when I lowered my dose. Notch it back up and Acne is no more, interesting.

in the picture you posted, looks really healthy aside from the eggs, apple and avocado, I don’t know what anything else is in that picture.

Im low shbg, 50-70mg of test E a week I have great libido. Anything more than that, dead libido.

If I use only NPP (very little aromatization to estrogen), my libido is off the chart.

Many low shbg men cannot tolerate much estrogen at all, it fucks up their whole system.

Again, it´s not important what you eat. I get 2.500 calories a day. A lot of protein, but also fats (avocado and nuts)
I hate to run. the only cardio i do, is to walk 1 hour each day + 1 hour fitness.
Get bloodwork done, and find out if you are low on anything besides E. Important to have enough vitamin D and such.
Drink a lot of water through out the day, but remember to get salt as well.
