Low Libido on TRT--Help with Labs

I am 37 on trt for about 7 months. For the first 3 months, my libido was amazing–almost like I was in high school again.

Over the last 3 months or so, however, my libido has crashed.

I thought my prolactin might be high so I started taking 300mg of pyridoxine daily. It’s def helped, but my libido is no where near what it was when I started taking trt.

Other than my lower libido, I still feel all the benefits of trt-- sleeping well, recovering from daily workouts better, lowered depression and anxiety etc.

I have virtually no negative side effects other than bacne and maybe a little water retention.

I am taking 120mg test 1x a week intramuscular and 500 mcg gonadorelin 2x a week sublingual.

These labs are from last week:
Albumin: 4.1 g/dl
SHBG: 56nmol/L
Total Test: 1396 ng/dl
estrodial: 49pg/ml
prolactin: 5.8 ng/ml
free test: 151.3 pg/ml
bio-avail test: 284.8

I know my test, e2, and SHBG are high.

I am a super noob and have some questions:

What could be effecting my libido?
What can high SHBG do? What can low SHBG do?
Its my understanding that low e2 can crash libido and my test/e2 ratio is actually pretty good. Is that true?
Although my test is high, my free test is good and thats what really matters, right?

Do you have any other insights?

thanks in advance bros

It would help if you posted the lab ranges as well. Different labs have different ranges.
Why are you taking the gonadorelin? Ball size?
