1ml daily? Jesus, that’s a high dose. I’m doing it 3x/week. I try to do Sunday morning, tuesday morning, thursday evening. I don’t have the flexibility to take them mid day. Defy recommended 3xweek for me given my concerns with gyno and trying to lesson peaks and valleys. Probably still more stable than taking it twice a week (monday morning, thursday evening)
He’s not taking 1 ml daily ffs lol. He’s taking 185-200 mg weekly, divided into daily injections.
Just setup a calendar app and take it every 3 days. Less headaches. Do 0.27 ml every 3 days. Easy.
