also is there a way to tell the strength of the cream just by looking at the scrip on the applicator ( I forgot to ask him the strength) the cream itself is Testosterone 200mg/ml cream- and he has me at 3 clicks or 150mgs per day

Sounds like it is very high, 20% and cream… not gel.

Pharmacist is full of shit or trying to roll you in it.

Injecting 200mg of T, he is in the inject twice a week stone age.

Apply from dispenser onto wrist and wipe inner arms together to spread it out from wrist to upper arms.

If you inject small amounts often, the results are very good. The ester groups are moved over time and you have a time release bio-identical time release system.

Would this amount be enough so see anabolic results or fatloss?

It depends, do you work out and watch your diet?

If you sit around and eat potato chips on the couch every night, and take the elevator up one floor at work, then you will look just like the rest of america…the test doesn’t do the work for you…

Im am not worried about diet at all…just that my body would respond to my efforts lol…I did two 12 week dieting consult with a nat lvl bb last year. That slow progress during these two consecutive diets is what shown the light on my hormonal problem so ever since then my diet and fatloss has been stalled. I have kept the same diet ever since we have ended. So as you can guess I am still trying to lose the remainder of this fat.

I rarely if ever deviate from this. I do not give myself a choice and if I am still hungry afterwards I tough it out or drink a diet soda

You honestly count out 3 single almonds and eat them?

Your diet is very low in fat and could be contributing to your problems…your carb sources also suck…whoever gave you this diet is an idiot…

we started out carb cycling and this what constitues a low day…so now im on all ow days
And this is not exactly the diet he gave me the only two things I changed was instead of the tsp of EVOO I use now he had me at 1.5 tblsp of all nat almond butter and the carb souces were oats and ez bread.

I still rotate oats in everynow and then I enjoy this bread alot more prolly cause of the gluten. Even in this small amount do u think the carb sources r a problem.? And I was on the diet b4 with the nat butter n original carb sources and weight did not budge so in effort to cut kcals I used evoo instaed of the almond butter

In the original plan when the low days (original low days with the 3 x1.5tblsp of almond butter and original carbs) stopped working we went to straight keto, something I am trying avoid

I would never use bread as my primary carb source…sweet & white potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc. are superior choices…oats too, but i personally dont like oats so i dont eat them…

I would eat more red meat for some saturated fat…add in avocados, nuts, oils, etc…

You are on a bodybuilding site…there is plenty of information for diet here…

Noob question alert- adding those extra fats would be great but wouldnt they add additional kcals decreasing my caloric defacit and would in turn halt progress- let me know if my though process is wrong here- I understand that the diet may not be ideal but i think in my current low hormonal state my base metabolic rate to be very low, so decreasing kcals is the only place i have left to go. i dont know just a though i had

High range T and lower E2 often leads to loosing fat and gaining muscle with no particular effort required. But it depends on your makeup.

Fatloss time may be coming to an end, lol As i am beginning to accept the consensus. I want to have one last go at this b4 transitioning into a caloric surplus. My plan is to carry carb cycling out a couple more weeks and then keto until my bod adapts again and then done. Through this time I will try a combo of GHrp-6 and HGH Frag 176 with a couple cycs of clen. I think the trt will protect my hormones from tanking again.

If any one is interested I can post a log of my HGH frag use as I know there is not a whole lot of info out there. Started today current dose is 300 mcgs b4 90mins fasted am cardio and 100 mcgs prwo.

lol yeah, Ive realized that bone dry lean look im looking for is out of reach for now. I plan lose a little more fat (flat stomach small amount of lower back fat) to where i feel comfortable beginning a somewhat longterm offseason diet and yeah Ive heard of the insane hunger. I dont think I have to worry about that as I prolly wont go above 300 mcgs per day. From what Ive read it occurs in the 500 to 600 mcg dose range.

A quick search on this site will find the hunger showing up after the first 100 mcg dose…

It will be 2 weeks on the trt(test cream 20% strength at 150mg per day/2 grains dessicated thyroid/600mcg HCG 2x per wk) this coming Wed. I think I am starting to feel better, I really can notice my libido greatly improving. I also noticed my strength is gradually progressing, even though I am currently in a caloric deficit (1800 kcals per day). It seems to increase by a rep per week. Muslce gain could be there although it could just be my hopeful thinking. During a workout recently I noticed myself more pumped than usual (noticable enough it caught my attention) I hope this is the T working and not just my Mind. Ive also noticed some fatloss, I cannot say for sure that it is from the t cream or my own cutting efforts (90mins fasted morning cardio+clen+hgh frag 176)but it does seem to be a little bit easier this time around.

Given my current feelings I have just listed is there any way to predict where my T levels might be?
I am curious as the how much they have risen, I have a scheduled blood test 2 weeks from wed but just curious for now.

Also can I keep expecting these physiological results to increase in the coming weeks?

Also My doc did not scribe me any anti est, my estradiol was 13 (15-40) last we checked 2.5 weeks ago, I was wondering with the rise in T, E would be close behind, is this something to be concerned with?

Well this is jus an update. It has been about a month now on my TRT and just got my blood tests back, My testosterone has risen to 648L (lowest was 189L)…thyroid budged a little but now much with 2 grains of dessi thy. So me an doc decided to change up the treatment a bit. My OLD trt- 150mg 20 % strength T cream ED/600 mcgs HCG/b12 2xweek/2 grains dessi thy ED…to… my NEW TRT 200mg of 20% strength T cream ED/600 mcgs HCG/b12 2xweek/2.5 grains dessi thy ED. Since i have stopped dieting and transtioned into a maintenance phase for now my energy and strength have increased, I have gained a couple pounds as to be expected but some of which is on my chest,chest feels looser more softer than it did when dieting…I do have loose skin so it could be the sodium water effect i dont know, tha brings me to my next concern…

I also am keeping an eye on my E2…it rose to mid 20’s since starting the trt (from 13)…he said that an AI was not warranted yet, but just to make sure I went ahead and ordered liquid anastrozole and will begin as soon as it arrives…maybe it will increase my free T

Also I am planning on doing a little Gh stimulating on my own. I plan to start GHRp-6 for the long term and intermittent CJC use, hopefully they will have a synergisitic effect with the rising Test, giving me better results. we will see

Aside from previous questions I have posted lol, just to put the official update on my progress here are the two most recent labs done

now for the two labs–first lab drawn on Feb 11 (this blood test was to test the effectiveness of the HCG only treatment which me and the doc tried first, we also did the dessi thyroid as well if that matters)

Total T- 184 (280-1100) ng/dl
SHBG - 28 (10-80) nmol/L
Free T - 4.60 (1.9-27) ng/dl
E2 - 13.2 (7.6-42.6) pg/ml
DHEA sulfate- 313.6 (211-492) ug/dl

thyroid
Free T3 1.9 1.8-4.6 pg/ml

(We realized hcg was not working so we switched the trt to 150 mgs T cream ED,.6ml hcg 2x week ( the bottle says 1000ius/.05mg/ml 5ml-- I believe that comes to 1200 ius 2x per week if I am correct. and raised the thyroid from 1 grain to two grains)

what are your symptoms/issues while on this treatment plan?

free T3 should be 3.3 to 3.9 ideally.
you also still need to track TSH, Free T4, Reverse T3. 8am cortisol is helpful as is ferritin.

1200iu hcg is a major dose. do a google search for leydig cell hcg desensitization. anything over 500iu EOD can start to cause problems and permanent damage.
