After crashing my Estradiol 5 months ago, i haven’t taken any AIs at all. Test levels are consistently around 950-1100. Estradiol is still below 9. I switched to sub q injections 2 months ago. Is there any chance the sub q inspections are keeping the Estradiol low? My Estradiol was in the 30-40 range a year ago with bi weekly IM injections before the crash.
It’s possible, I have heard SQ for some will show less FT–E2 conversion. I had more E2 conversion on SQ and less on IM. I have heard of rare cases where men have not regained the ability to have normal estrogen after using AI’s.
What is your protocol now?
Test sub q in belly or hip. .4 twice a week. I did have terrible side effects of lack of energy, depression and low libido when my level was lower. I feel little better now but nothing like when I first started a couple years ago

Have you tried doing once weekly shots to see if a larger amount at once will cause E2 to go up? Just thinking of possible options. E2 of 9 is rough.

You should refrain from ever taking supplements that lower estrogen because you should have had estrogen increase by now. A large weekly dosage as dextermorgan has suggested may help increase estrogen until you can create more aromatase enzymes.
HCG would be a perfect option to increase testicular estrogen which doesn’t rely on the aromatization process. AI’s have no effect on estrogen produced inside the testicles.

I’d try larger amounts less often and see if that helps.
