I feel this lol. I am not quick. It seems most people will say 30 minutes is about right for sex, but I have heard the average is closer to 5-6 minutes. I don’t think many people would actually want to last for 30 minutes or longer every time while trying their best to cum. It also makes frequency difficult as most women just can’t handle 30+ minutes everyday.
I get anxiety that it will take too long and be unpleasurable for my wife. Once I get to that point, I know she isn’t enjoying it anymore (in fact it is getting painful), and then it is really difficult (mutual pleasure is necessary for my pleasure).
Ditto on all that. I prefer to wait to finish until she does. She does take a while, it’s typically 20 minutes to find out if its going to happen or not, then I’d better wrap it up quick lol. So, since I’ll never be an IFBB pro, quality of life is more important than quality of gains right now. I did two experiments with NPP to find out I got the same reaction both times, I may do the same with Tren since I have some left. That’ll likely be some time though. For now I know I do fine with test, EQ, HGH, and anavar. I’ll just stick to that, most I can get from clinics anyways. One thing I will say with this blast is that I tried 2ius HGH MWF when I do my HCG, definitely no where near the benefit of 2iu per night. I was trying to extend what I had left, but I’m not sure it was worth it, but I moved back to 2ius a night earlier in the week.
Yep. I also think as far as looking good, being pretty built and lean, is better than being huge. I am going for underwear model look, but perhaps on the more muscular side. It doesn’t take that much gear to do that if you have been in the gym for a decade before gear, and have average and up genetics.
The one thing I will reiterate which many have done already is to start small, and if you can with short esters. That way if it’s not working well with your physiology you can bail. And…everyone reacts differently so just because I didn’t love it doesn’t mean that will be the same for everyone.
About to close out this blast next friday. I laid off the tren for a few weeks. Missed the impact on the blast for sure but not the impending sides. About ten days ago I added back 10mg of tren in my daily 100 mg Test C, 2iu HGH with 25 mg Oxandrolone bid, it seems to be going fine and my workouts are definitely better than without it. Next blast will be lower test, because I don’t see a huge difference between 500 and 700 mg. I know oxandrolone always does well for me end of blast. Maybe 70mg of tren is enough to add in weekly next blast? I may try lower dose NPP again along the same lines. Don’t know. My UGL is pretty limited so I can’t get a lot of designer stuff and I don’t want to risk another source. Not my favorite blast for sure, but if I look at pics from this summer compared to last I am definitely much bigger. Harder to tell when the scale doesn’t move as much but I’ve clearly had a decent recomp. Just have to remind myself that it will continue to be a long game. Still at least a year our from considering a BB competition since I’ll be with the big boys now. I assume I’d be competing in middle weight. My goal will be to get my BW back to 200 not exceeding 16% BF this winter and well see how we do. Great gains to you all!
I was just talking about this in another thread, if, in fact, your only issue with 19-nors are mood sides, MENT, even at 5 mg/day, has made a terrific impact on my mood. I’m running about 30% more tren this cycle than last and my mood is MUCH better than last go around. The main difference being the MENT.
I did see your post on my man @Professor_Hulk 's post (glad to see you back!). I’d love to but I can’t get it from my source right now. How do you think your mood will be after MENT? I’ve taken SSRIs before, dosed down thanks to feeling better with test. I know the mechanisms are likely different, but I’m assuming a GDR of the MENT would have the same effect at leveling mood without crash? It’s funny both nors affect me differently in terms of mood but I don’t love it. I didn’t take NPP long enough to see any sexual sides. Tren A gave me some decreased sensation. Honestly Oxandrolone normally does so I thought the impact would be compounded taking both but I haven’t see that yet at this level. @wsmwannabe if you had to pick one, tren or nandrolone which would it be for you?
If I could only run one ever again, probably nandrolone. mostly due to it’s (slightly) less toxicity and I do feel like it is a better bulking drug. However, tren is great too because I feel like I get more strength from it, and the mood issues aren’t as severe for me as they are with nand.
Shit now you have me second guessing myself lol, maybe it would be tren since I’m not really looking to bulk, and even at this moderate dose, I still have almost zero sides.

I’ll keep MENT in mind guys, but P5P cleared up my mood and headaches. It’s allowed me to run nandrolone with barely any sides.
Another awesome discovery I’ve made while just experimenting with stuff while cruising is Cialis. The stuff is magic. It lowers my BP 10 pts, gives me rock hard erections, and reduces unsightly edema overnight. It shocked me the first week I used it. It’s not TOTALLY good, though. It gives me muscle aches and mild indigestion. So there is a downiside. But it’s now another tool in my shed.

When I hopped on gear, my wife started having a hard time keeping up. We’re 41 and she’s not on any HRT. She brought home some lube one day told me we’re using it from now on and now it’s all good. Her sex drive is not as good as mine, but with lots of foreplay and the lube, she can handle a lot more action now.
My wife is emotionally mature, confident, sexually experienced, uninhibited, and very eager to please, but just needs a little lube every now and then.
I wouldn’t trade her in for one of these phone-obsessed, entitled, weak, self-conscious, selfish, 20-somethings I see everywhere these days if you threw in a second one for free.

This was probably the only one I’ve done outside of tying NPP last time. I had different interactions with the tren than NPP, neither I loved so I cut it. Added back in 10mg/day with no issues but I’m not sure its enough for an effect, nor was it likely long enough. I did like tren better than NPP though it had a more immediate impact on workouts. I have to start prepping for bloods today so this blast is over, I’m actually looking forward to just my TRT dose. The only consistent AAS I took this time was test c and anavar which I’ve done before.
I think at this point I know what I’m able to tolerate, and I don’t think I’ll experiment anymore. For me, test c, EQ, anavar, and HGH (no more than 2ius per day) are relatively symptom free so I’ll continue to blast with those periodically, at lower doses that I did this time. I may add 10mg NPP again or tren A to a blast if that continues to be low enough dose to stave off sides. My UGL hasn’t sourced anything new so these are my go to’s from here on out I think. I likely won’t post another log or anything until I’m ready for a competition which will be some time.
Rather than starting a new thread I thought I’d just add it to my last one. A few weeks ago I added MENT, trestolone, trest ace, whichever you prefer to a hefty 200mg Test C wkly TRT dose. I started with 7.5 per day, had a few sides similar to what I experienced on tren so I moved to 5mg with a daily TC injection. At this dose I’ve had few sides, but I have to say the bang for the buck was huge. It’s probably had the greatest most immediate impact to my workouts and physique. Pumps during workouts exceeded any other AAS I’ve used. The weights of my working sets which have remained stagnant moved up a bit or got easier. All of this I am stating subjectively because I want to get to the point of my post, because there’s not a ton of subjective MENT experience out there, outside of what @iron_yuppie and @wsmwannabe and a few others have put out. The sides with MENT that I haven’t loved have been decreased libido and insomnia. I’ve had difficulty sleep on other AAS but with MENT I’m up multiple times per night and can’t fall back asleep so sleep hygiene is in the toilet. The libido issue was similar to tren but not as strong. I’ve taken a few days off of it and it seems to have cleared up quickly. In my short time experimenting with MENT I would say its the strongest AAS I’ve used, and if I could tolerate it for a cycle I think it would yield greater results than the tren, NPP, EQ, oxandrolone that I’ve tried before. I plan to take a few more days off then reintroduce at 5mg per day, and if the insomnia returns that’ll be the end of the experiment. Anyone else have similar sides?
I did not have insomnia issues with MENT, but it did decrease my libido to a normal level (I ran MENT with NPP and then tren, and both of those make my libido really high, so the MENT did me a favor in that regard).
To be clear, you are only running MENT and Test C? or is there something else?
Test and MENT. If I don’t bring MENT back in I’ll do EQ. Did you take an AI on MENT? I didn’t because my E2 was bottomed out at my last bloods, but I also didn’t feel E2 related sides at this low dose of MENT. That could very well be a high E2 side. I agree the libido drop brings me back to normal, but I never have had that feeling for a lengthy time. It started adding to some anxiety that I could see moving to some sort of psychological ED when the time came.
