Low Dose Primobolan with TRT

Hey All - Have been contemplating adding a very low dose of 75mg of Primo per week to my TRT. I will be running around 140mg of Test, plus the 75mg of primobolan. I am currently doing about 175mg of Test weekly, and the bloat/acne/mood swings are too much, despite my having symptom resolution in many other aspects, that I cannot attain at lower testosterone dosages.

Has anyone had experience with this? My Primary concern is hair loss.

If your prone to hair loss your gonna lose hair.

You are not offering the reasoning behind this? Primo is not available with a script, it’s a DHT and it will promote hair loss pretty severely.

Thanks for your reply. The reasoning for the primobolan is to keep Estrogen under control without the use of an AI.

So you’d rather add MG of AAS and deal with those side effects than just take an aromasin pill once a week if that?
Aromasin is a suicide AI which will block the aromatase enzyme and stop estrogen conversion. Taking primo is a crap shoot whether it will do anything.

I’ve heard, outside of hair loss, that primo at low doses has a very low side effect profile. There are also other ancillary benefits that could potentially come from the Primo. My logic derived from AI’s themselves make me feel like shit for a day when I take them. Trying to mitigate that.

Yes this is correct. It’s fairly mild at higher doses as well.

Not sure id I agree. I guess you would need to define what “benefits” mean to you in this case.

Primo is not an AI. It has anti estrogenic properties but that doesn’t guarantee it’s gonna do anything for estrogen control.
Have you tried aromasin? It is very mild and I have never encountered any ill effects from it.

At the end of the day you need to decide and experiment for yourself. I’ve given my 2c.

What’s wrong with the AI? Are you certain your issues are e2 related? Do you have blood work?

The AI makes me feel like absolute shit for 24 hours after I take it. Trying to avoid that. Symptom relief happens after that 24 hour window.

Yes, lots of labs. Ranges are as follows:

Total Test is typically anywhere from 1000-1300 ng/dl
Free T usually anywhere from 23-30 ng/dl
Ultra-Sensitive Estradiol symptoms typically happen when I go about 70 pg/ml
SHBG is typically 30-35 nmol/L

What AI were you taking?
Did you mention what type of test you are taking?

Anastrozole - I’m taking test cypionate in grapeseed okl

Arimidex sometimes gives people issue. Was asking about the test as if you use sustanon sometimes the short ester spike creates issues for a day or two after injection.
I would try aromasin if you can. It’s very mild won’t drop your estrogen only stop the conversion. IMO worth a try before adding more MG of AAS.

Thanks man. Makes sense. What dosage of aromasin do you recommend?

I would do 10-12.5mg 2x per week and then you’ll have to go by feel or get bloods if you need to tune it in.

Thanks brotha! Appreciate it.

Same here bro. Anastrozole would wreck my body every time I tried it for my estrogen control. Aromasin is good stuff. But what’s crazy is, at least for me, freakin Letrozole taken twice a week at 1.25mg each time put my estrogen at 32 on 750mg of sustanon and I felt great! Go figure. My point is, you’ll figure out what works for you, all advice is great as it guides you. But in the end we’re all different in how we react to these hormones.

Damn man. That’s wild. I’ve heard Letro is scary strong shit. Glad you figured that out. Thanks for sharing!
