Low-Carb Diet Outperforms Others

Bottom line: People who ate low-carb diets lost substantially more fat than people who ate moderate-carb diets.

It has been known in the bb’ing community for years that low-carb diets are superior. Amazing how long it takes science to catch up with what is common knowlege in some circles.

(Incidentally, this is why I always crack up when the same pencil necks, in the comments to articles, are always looking for studies to back up a claim. Applying that logic, in a decade these guys will finally do something that works - assuming they haven’t given up by then!)
