Losthog—2018 First year

Anything over 500 makes you the strongest guy in most gyms by a lightyear. Every guy can pull 2, most guys can pull 3, the dedicated ones can pull 4, but it takes something extra to get 5 plates or more. 600 is bordering on pointless unless you want to move a sleeper sofa by yourself, but hey… I’m gunning for it too someday :slight_smile:

My gym is huge and it’s one of seven YMCAs in the area. Members can go to any one. My town has a shade under 400,000 people. There are lots of people pulling 500 or close…or more. There are quite a few competitive power lifters or power lifters in training that come in.

600 might set me apart though. But I’ll still be jealous of the guy whose traps look like handles next to his neck.

Awesome Hog, I really envy that squat.

I think it was the right call to only do 3 backoff sets.
