Lost My Training Partner

Yesterday, one of my training partners got a 5 year sentence for selling testosterone. He sold to the wrong guy and lost everything; his freedom, wife, kids, gym, you name it. I’m not defending what he did but hell, I looked on the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections website and found more than one rapist who only got a 5 year sentence.

In this county. What’s wrong with this picture? I honestly thought he’d get probation but they decided to make an example. His sentence had been decided beforehand and the trial was nothing but a dog and pony show. His name and DOC # were in the computer 2 hours after (and probably before) the trial but his sentence hadn’t been entered yet.

The point of my thread is, simply, be careful. I’m gonna miss his intensity and motivation…

I’ll defend what he did. For fucks sake, if they made it legal and controlled, we wouldn’t have to skirt around the law.

Sorry to hear about your friend. I lived in Oklahoma for 5 years so I find it interesting they would be so hard on him. If you ask me, they should concentrate on all the meth that’s floating around there. Ruins more lives than test ever will.

Not knocking OK or anything. It’s a great state. Where else can you own machine guns, sawed-off shotguns, silencers and carry concealed weapons with the right approval. Just don’t sell test and you’re okay I suppose.
