basically my question is what would someone be looking at if they got busted ordering from overseas.
My buddy got his seized and got a warning letter; that was pretty much it.
If its personal use ,controlled substance/medicine with no prescription, what do you guys think would be the punishment if someone got busted by actual local police.
Key word…personal use! Im not talking about feds/cops busting up a dealer ring, in which case I think its 10 years…or at least its something I heard along those lines
Getting caught can potentially land you in jail for years, so don’t.
Also, both local law enforcement and the feds have ways of making your personal use stash sound like they broke into Pablo Escobar’s export stockpile. Three vials of test and suddenly it is perfectly clear to everyone that this was “intent to distribute.” And it aint changing.

Why do you wear your hat like that? [/quote]
very true, cops have a way of twisting things around, trust me I know.
and the hat…well its just something guys in southern california do. flat bill/fitted hats. are you really from Japan?
I’ve only read on the forums here, of people getting the seizure letter, period. And after which a lot of guys just order again and seem to get the second order fine.
The thing is if you did get a letter of seizure, and then ordered again, and then got caught, you would probably be in some serious shit.

Over the past 3-4 years I have gotten 3 seizure letters. I never had a shipment resent. I just called it a loss. I also consider myself very lucky that I have not been busted. All orders were small which may be part of my luck. As of now I can say I am done ordering finished products from overseas. I hate the wait and the anxiety that goes with it.

2thepain, did you end up ordering again to the same address? There are big arguments on other boards about whether or not an address gets “flagged” or not. I say they typically don’t because, even if they used a computer system, they wouldn’t know when Joe Bro moves out and Uncle Mortimer and Aunt Hildegard move into a certain location.
What I would like to know is how do people get this stuff when so many have it yet so few are willing to try to purchase it from foreign sites? Makes me think people are able to get it (in house) in the US. I don’t know how you can do that unless you can write false prescriptions (which you might as well buy from foreign site) if you’re gonna do that.
There are ways to get gear domestically. It takes a lot of looking and strategic asking, but there are quite a few ways and almost none of them involve a prescription.
What’s wrong with the hat “thing” I do it when in the mood. As for the guy coming across the border with gear, what do you put the gear in a balloon and you know San Quentin style it?
Well I’m brown so I would without a doubt be searched and possibly molested by a butch border patrol agent. A buddy of mine got a seizure letter and he, either out of stupidity or boldness, simply gave the source a different name with the same address and guess what Mr. Cuervo got his order! Take that in the ass DEA.

its always nice here weather wise
im a suzuki guy personally they are cheap and easy to work on and the power is smoother imo than the yamas
I am both certified with suzuki fast and yamapro certifications so I know a bit bout both and love both I have a gsxr 600 and a sv1000 for longer trips
and back on topic the penalties are comonly based on state and what schedual the drug is
I know here they are very strict with drugs so I can personally look at years for 1 vial.
however if I am caught at the border its then a fed case which changes things a bit
I would say go to the law libary in your area and read up on local laws
