His other video was an acting reel from film work he has done. I use the same thing myself. Its an edited version of different clips you give in auditions. I don’t think he made that video himself just a collection of his work. Judging from the time and place of his first video to that I have a feeling he tried acting after his break up. Maybe it was the push he needed to become a real “star” lol.

Yeah, your interpretation seems more on track, Either way it still feels like a cheesy 80’s montage to me. Albeit now super nice guy trying to get true love back montage. It did seem to focus much more on him looking cool then her or things they had in common though. I just don’t understand the point of the whole video, it was really awkwardly edited.
