Losing 7 Million Hardcore Lifters

Exactly!

The boomers made the fitness trend, and lifting weights popular over a large sector of the population.

As they aged less of them continued with strenuous lifting. Hence, millions less involved.

I don’t believe that there is any other factor involved.

Damn old people, what we need is less old people.
Don’t worry, their numbers are declining already. The boomers have boomed and are fading away.

Everyone knows no real men use prostitutes. Just because you do does not make you a real man.

In fact it makes you the opposite. A sissy. Because you can’t get any so you got to pay for it.

Don’t be a sissy and go for a prostitute. Use a slut instead.

Exactly! We shouldn’t be worrying about having less hardcore lifters, we should be out there humping cheap prostitutes and gang fighting in the name of hardcore lifting.
LOL!

Who’s up for some Dungeons and Dragons? The real life version!

Err… I meant ‘gang fighting’. Yes…

Sorry bout that Klipmeister. Almost gave it away.

Yesterday driving home from work I saw 6 people in a park in downtown Seattle doing lifts with kettlebells. It gave me hope and motivated my workout last night.

I’ll admit that I see lots of weak people everywhere; however, at least once a day I see someone that looks like their strong and lifting. There is hope for sure.

I think a better question is how to get as many “hardcore” lifters as possible.

What do you guys think?

Why do people care if the market goes down by 7 million? I can understand TC’s angle (less people to buy Biotest products).

You make it sound as if your own manhood is diminished because there are less hardcore lifters in the world. Truth is you are hardcore based on your own merits, not those around you.

The reason the number of “hardcore” lifters went down is because they weren’t really hardcore. They were people who thought it was trendy to be on the fitness kick. If they were truely hardcore they’d still be training.

The good new is, since there are less hardcore lifters, there are more women for the remaining lifters. So stop bitching and start lifting.

What’s the old saying? Men don’t pay for sex, they pay women to leave after sex.

Even with a slut you’re going to have to endure listening to hours of stupid shit.

Is it worth it? Debatable…

What exactly makes someone “hardcore”? it seems like an arbitrary term. back when lifting was relatively true, anyone who went to the gym and lifted weights regularly, rather than do cardio, was “hardcore” compared to the population.

I don’t have exact figures, but I’d say at least 50% of college guys lift on a semi-regular basis. they may do three days of bench and curls, but theyre still at the gym. so is the number really dwindling, or is it just diluted?

a REAL MAN humps a cheap prostitute for free, takes not much of a man to hump a slut for free
Klip, you are one crazy funny bastard. I salute you!

D

I’d say it’s the definition of “hardcore” that should be questioned. I know for a fact that alot of guys in college lift regularly. Sure, they offset their progress by binge drinking and fast food twice a day, but they’re still figured into the equation that lifts, right? Look at the 1970’s, an ideal physique was Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees. Look at nowadays: An ideal physique is John Cena, Eric Bana, Ryan Reynolds, etc.
