Lose 10% BF on Cycle?

good morning my senior friends,
i’m ‘fatboi’, 26yrs, 207 at 24%bf (checked with accumeasure skin calipers, my first time taking measurement, but i dont look “fat”)
i’ve been in much better shape before, but had a a stroke in 2010 and diagnosed with bipolar in 2012… so right now i have given you my stats, i am desperate to regain my lost shape,

my question is how to design a perfect cycle for my goals, i’d want to lose 20 lbs and 10% bf, and would love to keep all my lean mass
also please guide me on diet and workout program, i’ve been training since 2005 and competed in a show in 2007 at 186 lbs…

also since i’m taking bp meds, aspirin , cholestrol med, and a mood stabilizer for bipolar(lamictal), what precautions must be taken,
thank you

p.s. my first post, so kindly excuse if its not as per “tradition”
also since i’m in india, red meat is not really available plus beef is a criminal offence( cows are holy here)

first a guy asks if he can smoke testosterone…

now a bipolar guy who has had a stroke wants to do a cycle…

And he is already on meds for BP and cholesterol…

What are they doing to the kids these days?

… What caused your stroke in the first place?

If you’re experienced enough that you’ve done a show, you should already know what you’re doing in terms of how to lose weight. Going down to 14% BF isn’t exactly such a drastic cut that you risk losing any LBM if you’re not a total idiot.

In your case, even the most abject moron can see that the risks of AAS WAAAY outweigh the benefits for you, when it would be easy as fuck to do it natty anyway. What kind of a response were you expecting for a question like this?

Bro if you are having those mood inconsistencies (from bipolar) wouldn’t aas make you crazy moody? May not be a great idea, go natural and take basic supplements only and get in good shape first.

What a horrible. Horible idea. Your cycle shouls be a) calorie deficit, b) given a, sufficient protein and lifting to build/retain muscle mass c) given a and b, sufficient essential fatty acids to maintain healthy hormones for long term fat loss. Everything else is optional and steroids, for you, for this goal, again just a horrible idea.
