It was a link to a blog post where some small guy was talking about how weight lifting is obsolete in this day and age, bodybuilders are stupid, etc. That general sentiment.
He gave a story where he “forced” a big football player to walk around him in a cafeteria by intimidating him with eye contact.
Just looking to relive the good laughs.
On a related note, I once spent a good half-hour trying to find the “automatic punching machine” post but couldn’t. It would be great to relive that literary masterpiece again.

I remember that thread (but not the name of it).
It was about some guy (a real prick) who had a blog and was talking about how style and attitude matter more than size…I’m sure someone hear remembers it, because I believe a few of us tried to debate him on his blog.

Can I throw a request in too? Someone on this site had posted a link to a blog post about why calories are not created equal. It was about two different studies where one group was put on a high carb diet and one on a low carb… I can’t find it and would much appreciate the link.

Not sure about the thread but I’d like to recommend Nike Free’s. Personally I love doing squats, deads, and lunges in those.
