Personally, I don’t buy Biotest products. I don’t think they’re worth it. I take pharmaceutical grade fish oil and vitamins from my office and buy some Muscle Milk or other protein. and I eat food. Basically after that, supplements are more expensive and work less well than steroids and people keep falling for it.

EAT FOOD, it works. And it’s cheaper.

Here’s a guy who’s been a member since 2004, made over 2400 posts, presumably benefitted from the information we provide, and yet comes on to diss our products.

I am SO tempted to refute this, line by line. But I won’t.

However, if anyone can give him a polite but logical response, I’ll send you a free bottle of Flameout and a bottle of a yet-to-be-released product. (I’ll award them to the best answer.

Some guy in this thread said he has spent 6 to 7 K on Biotest supplements? and I’m sure he also shops elsewhere. Add it up and how successful are they with adding muscle per pound?

I guess that’d be me.

I find that taking lots and lots of Biotest supps allows me to refrain from insinuating things about others when I have no idea about their particular situation or circumstances.
But do you think it was really worth it and cost effective? you have a right to spend your money how you do, but how much muscle or extra strength do you think it really net? Now, I’m not talking about protein powder and post workout stuff, butt he other things? Test boosters, prohormones, etc?

I stand by my food, protein, and health supplements first. That also works very well for those who have tried it.

As for why haven’t we heard of a “Super Supplement” on the news, when is the last time where you saw a piece on something GOOD for you? The news is 95% terror, horror, and just all around bad shit. You might see one feel good story, but that is smashed by the 50 horror stories that precede it. If your nutrition program isn’t in order, then you are better off fixing that before you venture off into the land of supplementation.
If things actually had that much of a dramatic effect on their own, it would be on the news. These things are just one factor in your overall health and longevity. Your habits good and bad will either cut short your lifespan and quality of life or help you live as long as possible. But how much one thing will do you don’t want to kid yourself about.

If you can afford and antioxidant that shows promise, do it. but my perspective is skewed by so many people I see that take some supplements and hope to guard against some other deficiency in their diet and lifestyle. I smoke, but i take C. I drink to much, but I take fish oil.

Take care of the basics first in an honest way, then supplement. Are you a college kid and binge drinking? do you get adequate sleep? All these things also play a part and they are things everyone can do.

We have a winner of my little contest.

It’s on edge for the following entry:

I might also get fired from my job spending so much time cooking and prepping. By the way, a member on this board said they had to submit all their supplements to a lab for testing. This person was undergoing a medical procedure and all his supplements had to be cleared. He said Flameout came back as “pharmaceutical grade”.

"Instead, I can take three minutes to throw a scoop of Grow!, 1/2 scoop of Metabolic Drive, a Tablespoon of Almond Butter, 1/2 a cup frozen Blueberries and either a couple of frozen Strawberries or a few chunks of frozen Banana and I have a great tasting between meal snack that is very nutritious as well. I think this is faster, more nutritious and less expensive that most food options

"Did someone on hear say Musclemilk taste good? I have to respectfully disagree. Try my shake above and then see if you have any interest In going back to Musclemilk.

"Need a mass builder? Just add a 1/2 cup of ground up instant oats to the above recipe. You will have a mass builder that doesn’t leave you feeling bloated and isn’t sloshing around in your stomack for hours afterward.

"Tom, you don’t think Biotest supplements are worth it. How much value do you place on your own life? Biotest sales Resveratrol at a good price. Aside from calorie restriction, this is the only thing proven to extend life (proven in rats, fish, fruit flies and mice). You can’t get this stuff from food either. It would take 100 to 300 bottles of wine to get the amount you get in 1 to 3 capsules of Rez-V.

"Finally, while steroids work, they are against the law. Many of us don’t want to break the law or we don’t want to deal with the stigma attached with taking them or we just don’t know how to go about getting them. Fortunately we can get quality supplements from Biotest delivered to our home.

PM me with your address and phone number (for Fed-Ex) and I’ll send you a bottle of Flameout and a bottle of our yet-to-be-released Alpha GPC.

Thanks!

Damn my college professor was right, I really can’t write worth a damn LOL. Congrats on edge.

What happened to Zap Branigan? He hasn’t been around in a while, either.

He got sick and tired of coming in second to me for Funniest T-Nationer.

Now on a more important topic…is the mod that just got canned the one that claims my pic of my junk in an ankle sock isn’t allowed on the site ? How can it be ‘frontal nudity’ if it’s covered in a sock ???

TC, let me know if you want me to pm you this picture to determine its allowability.

Thanks.

An ankle sock? Hmmmm, you mean a tube sock right? Ankle socks, well they only go up to your ankle, which isn’t a “lengthy” distance, unless you wear a size 18 sneaker, then please disregard.

Thank you, TC. I thought for sure I would lose because I forgot to include milk in my shake recipe.

My wife knitted me a “penis pouch”. It’s actually two pouches, one for penis, one for testicles. I’m kind of bashful but that might be just the thing to break into the TILF thread with.

Tom, you post more over here than at elitefts. You haven’t even posted in the rehab section in over a month (unless I missed something).
