Has there ever been any research to long term usage of all these PCT’s? In the end there mostly chemo meds or similar. Just wondering cause it seems like ive been on nolva forever, lol.
IIRC correctly, they give nolva to women with breast cancer for many months at a time at a much higher dosage that aas users employ for pct
and those drugs aren’t “pct’s”… they are serms and AI’s
Yes, I guess your right, I should have worded that a little better. Just being new to blasting & cruising and being a little sensitive to estrogen/progesterone/gyno do I stay on a form of estrogen control/receptor blocker all the time?
On a side note… Puffy nipples, especially when its hot out? tried the old Letro trick, didn’t do much besides kill my gains and mess me up. Any other tricks, laser therapy, non invasive surgery, antidotes?

letro will reduce your estrogen by a little more than 50%… my nipples are puffy until I go into a cruise phase… you could try lowering your dose

Dosages for serms are about the same, and the nasty sides start to show up after a couple of years. Nolva is a poor choice for long term estrogen control. Arimidex is much safer.

If you are going on long term, you need to be accurate on your dose so as not to kill of estrogen completely. You also need to confirm you have a normal estrogen level with bloodwork at whatever dose of test you are going to blast and to cruise at. If you don’t then you may end up with weakened bones.
how exactly would he “kill off his estrogen completely”?
I’ve recently obtained some boxes of the blister packs of pharm grade Arimidex. I’ve been using U.G stuff, all capsules, big pain in the ass cause the doses are all wrong. The Aromasin was 25mg in a cap… seemed a little high, and splitting them into two has been a pain. Even at 200mg/wk test cyp while cruising I still take 20mg of nolva just to prevent anything, and am taking a week or two off Aromasin before starting the new Arimidex.
I did find the Letro dryed me right out. Joints hurting and all. Think I used it for 4 weeks and it seemed like too much. But my past cycles have been all wrong now that I’m getting a little more educated on ratios and proper dosing here.

By dosing too high with an ai. Obviously it will never go to zero, but it can go so low as to be detrimental in the long term.
